Kidner Procedure Post-Op Issues

I had the Kidner procedure two years ago due to a painful accessory navicular on my left foot.
Now I have what appears to be a bone spur on top of that same foot (metatarsal?), and a “cracking” sensation when I move my big toe up and down.
Additionally, I have daily pain, tightness, and a general feeling of weakness in my arch where the posterior tibial tendon was reattached.
I am a 25 year old active woman, I don’t wear high heels, and wear orthotics.
Any non-invasive suggestions for treatment?

I would want to see x-rays, sonogram or MRI of your foot, as well as examine it before I could suggest any direction to go. Have you returned to the surgeon who did your procedure?
