knee and hip pain (IT Band?)
For a while especially after execrsizing, I get pain in the side of my knee and the rear of my hip, both on the left side.
It has been diagnosed as IT band problems (needing stretching) to pronation of the foot.
While I am overweight, I notice the pain especially while walking.Any suggestions?? Thanks, Alan

: Thanks, AlanYou could have an IT Band Syndrome. What type of exercise do you do? Do you have any back problems? IT band stretches will help as well as hamstring stretches. Stretch before and after you exercise. Don't exercise thru pain. You may try cycling for a while and let your hip and knee calm down. Hope this helps.
