knee and leg pain
I have been having a burning pain my calves and pain in my knees. I hear a grinding sound in the right knee during extension. It is hard to sit still for any length of time and I have a hard time sleeping because I feel I have to keep my legs moving so I don’t feel the pain. I feel a constant dull pain. The pain also extends to my upper thigh on the left to my lower back. The pain in my lower back is only on the left.

I have severe aching in the upper half of the back of my left leg constantly. My knee is painful and when I have to get up from crouching (which I occasionally have to do in my job) the pain is really bad and I can’t stand up and put any weight on it for a while. Thank you
