knee and shin pain
(4 discussions)
When I go to bed at night my knees and shins begin to ache really bad.
I don’t feel it, or notice it, during the day.
I’m forty years old and have never had this problem before. Do you have an answer? Thanks

My knees and shins have been hurting for awhile. They hurt when I excercise and even when I am just doing every day things. I also have back pain in my lower back. My massage therapist told me that it could be do to the back pain. What do you think

Sounds like “restless leg syndrome” which is pretty common. It could also be related to a vitamin/mineral deficiency – you might want to try eating a banana after dinner.Let your physician know – there are meds to help. Good bit of info on the internet on this condition. Good luck. It is uncomfortable, I know.
