I torn my right medial meniscus (plant leg) while playing baseball last year from swinging to hard and over rotating and have two partially torn ACLs from years of football, I was wondering if there was a type of brace I could wear while swinging a bat that would help prevent any further knee ligament tears?

I tored my left knee while pitching in softball..they gave me this knee brace that has like a hole around the knee cap but it puls my knee inward so it doesnt pop out again…a knee brace like mine..u can find at this link…sensored hope it helps! 🙂
