knee brace for baseball knee injury

I tore my medial meniscus in my right leg last summer while playing baseball. This is the knee that I plant with. I assume I tore it from swinging too hard and over rotating. After having it repaired the surgeon informed me I have a significant ACL tear. I was wondering if there was any type of knee brace I could wear that would prevent any further knee injuries. I am also supposed to wear ankle braces because my ankles pro-nate (turn out) and have over developed quads and underdeveloped hamstrings, which seems to add to the problem.
