knee crutch?

my son just broke his ankle, I have seen a crutch that attaches to the upper leg so you rest your knee on the crutch, leting you walk on your knee as if you had a peg leg, with the injured lower leg suspended out back. do you know who makes this item?

Was looking for something to help my husband who has a paralyzed lower leg & gets a lot of pressure ulcers on the bottom of his foot from standing long hours. This looks like something that might help him to take pressure off his foot but was wondering if you can sit with this on.? That would be something he might have to take into consideration for he sits down some during the day, but not for long periods as to take it off & on.
