Knee Pain

I’ve been playing rugby for sum 5- 6 years now and during this most recent season I have developed knee pain. The cause of this may be down to the amount of rugby I am playing as I am playing two games a week now with no rest between games.

The pain seems to be just underneath the patella and also feels like it is the patella which is causing the pain.It becomes extremely painfull when I place a lot of stress on the legs e.g sprinting

I have also started to get terrible pains in my feet and my heels are very sore when only walking about or standing about for roughly 20 minutes?

My hips also click when there is flexion at the hip joint

I visited a physio who said my tight hip muscles were causing the muscles to pull on the patella and cause the pain. But after paying
