knee pain
Could my knee pain be due to being flat-footed?
I am 54 & at first my pain felt like a tight rubberband over my knee cap. It hurt when I bent it. I am not obese.
Now I notice my pain along the inside of my knee cap when I step down on it.
Thanks for any advice.

Without an examination I can not say that your flat footedness is contributing to your knee pain. You need to see an orthopedist for an evaluation
