Knee pain after surgery
I had a lateral meniscus repair 7 weeks ago. 2 weeks post-op, the swelling was gone and range of movement was very good. Was doing PT and started working out. The pain and swelling returned. Surgeon seems unphased, and now has upped recovery time from 4 to 12 weeks. Am considering a 2nd opinion. Is it possible to retear this? Am concerned that after all the wait, I may need surgery again. Anybody have any wisdom for me?
