knee pain – hypermobile fibula head
The head of my right fibula has become unstable in relation to the knee joint and frequently clicks painfully out of place, particularly after I have been sitting for some time. I am making an effort to lose weight (I weigh nearly 300 pounds), but in the meantime, I wonder what sort of brace is likely to be most helpful.

i beleive th pain in my leg is I’m fibua head because I hert it a few days ago playin hockey I can’t bend down far or get I good stride or acceleration off from my strongest leg(right)
