Knee sprains

I sprained my knee playing basketball about two weeks ago… it still hurts a little bit, and buckles, or gives out on me every now and then, Whats the best thing I can do for it now, and when would I be able to start running, or stuff like that?

    Get a brace 4 ur knee and start doin exercises to strenghten ur leg muscles .
