I’ve this knot in my bicept in my arm know for almost two years. Could it be a tear? If so what harm have I done in waiting so long to get it looked at?
Do you remember an incident where you hurt the arm? If not, have it checked out by your physician. If it is torn, there really isn’t anything that can be done now except strengthen up the part of the biceps that is still intact.
