If the bumps have been there for many years, they are probably not going away. There are bumps that can be caused by bony overgrowth as well as fatty deposits. If you need more information, I recommend you see a podiatrist.
I am a skater, and after suffering from bunions on both sides of my foot, I now have a bunoin-like bump on the back of my foot, just a little bit higher than my heel. It is quite prominent, and though it doesn’t hurt yet, my friend who is also a skater has one very similar to mine and says that it only gets worse. Please, is there anything I can to to stop this?
