Lateral knee pain especially while running uphill
Hi, I am a 33 year old female. I’ve had injury to my right ankle 15 years ago, but my current problem is pain that builds up on the outside of my left knee, when I run. It gets worse if I run uphill, to a point that I can barely walk. It takes a few days to go away. I have somewhat flat feet, but judging by my shoe ware, I actually underpronate (more ware on the outside). Any suggestions?
