left foot numbness
I have been experiencing numbness on the top of my left foot. It is also numb to the touch. I work for a tree service so I stand on my feet all day, but my right foot feels fine. Can you give me any suggestions on what might be causing this?

for the past week, my right foot has been numb, on the top. It feels like it’s asleep, but I feel tingly sensations when I touch it. I keep banging it on the ground and have to keep it moving. I have a ten year history of anorexia and bulimia, so i’ve dealt with malnourishment and blood sugar issues before. I am also a heavy drinker. I don’t have health insurance right now, and am trying to find out if this needs to get to a doctor asap. Thank you
