Left heel archilles pain
Since 9/11 my left heel hasn’t been right.
Then in August in the Dominican Republic I did 30 minutes of Taibo where you really stretch your legs lifting the foot.
I have pain under the heel, in the back of the heel and in the bone (archilles heel) left foot only.
I always liked my feet.
I have a high arch which aches now and then in damp weather but until now (age 55) never had a problem.
It could be a tear … Do you think so?
