looking for the best shoe for waitressing
Hello,
I am looking for a shoe that will be the best for waitressing on my feet all day without stopping.
I was looking at Dansco, but I wonder if the clog with a heel is good for long term stress on feet and legs in waitressing.
Also Merrils and eccos.
I have a narrow foot, what is the best shoe to get for comfort and foot health?
any ideas, thoughts, opinions from a podiatrist?

There are many possibilities. One must also consider how much the individual is willing to spend. Generally, you get what you pay for. What also might be a good shoe for one person, may not be for another. Certainly Rockport, Ecco, SAS are all well made shoes. These are not the only ones though. Availability plays a role as well as cost. Making sure they fit properly is very important. I have some patients who love the Z-coil shoes, some love the new M.B.T. (Masai Barefoot Technology) shoe, and Mephisto shoes. Be aware, these are expensive. I hope this did not confuse you.
