Is it possible to have Lordosis as a correct posture for oneself? My body is designed genetically abnormally.. and it seems in order for me to be in proper bio-mechanical functionining I should have a lordotic curve to my back.

    also.. I do an exercise right now that is quite unorthodox.. I simply take a 25lbs metal rod.. get my shoulder back and down/ chest high/ and then I cultivate the abnormal curve in my back and then just stand like that till I fatigue. Any thoughts? I do it once every 14 to 21days.. pending how it feels.. I seem to recover quite slow from it.. its not a bad hurt just a mild sensation of exercise trauma.
