LOW BACK AND HIP PAIN.

Doctor, I have had back problems for over a year now. My original diagnosis was 2 herniated discs at L4 L5 and L5 S1. The disc at L4 L5 was significantly larger than the one at L5 S1. I had a Micro Lumbar Discectomy on 11/18/2014 only on the larger disc. The Doctor said the size of the disc was pretty scary. The whole time, my posture was out of alignment with me bending to the right at my waist. I have since had physical therapy and have been doing exercises at home. Then one morning, I woke up and had serious back pain. I then changed my sleeping habits from sleeping on my side to sleeping on my back with my legs elevated. Since then, my postural alignment looks to be straighter now, but I can’t bend over at the waist or do exercises that require me to do that. My back pain is still present and now my hips seem to be bothering me when I try to do certain exercises. Sometimes I have a dull pain on my inner right thigh and in my left testicle. I haven’t been to a doctor since February because my insurance ran out and I haven’t worked since the problem started. I was going to a chiropractor two to three times a week up till February. Does this sound like something that needs to be looked at or do you think in time it will eventually heal itself with proper exercise and weight loss? I’m a 34 year old male at 5’11” and 210 lbs. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
