Lower forearm pain in my left arm

Hello. Recently I have been having pain in the left forearm area of my arm.
Its not a constent pain more like a pulsing pain every once in a while.
Is this something I should be worry about?
Please contact me as soon as possible?

me toO! it’s on the other side of my elbow below my bicep, I did lift some weights two days ago but it didn’t start hurting until yesterday. it’s a pulsing pain every once in a while as if a blood vessel is pinched but anything I try to do including stretch doesn’t fix it. even last night it didn’t matter hwat position my arm was in it still pulsed in pain.

for about amonth now I have been having pain in my lower forearm it hurts just moving my arm and I have very little strenth in it

hello I’m 14 years old and recently in the past month I’ve noticed every time I walk a medium distance or run my left fore arm starts to hurt. I don’t know how to explain it but it does. does this have anything to do with my heart? or my lungs or anything? my mom says it is a pinched nerve but I can almost guarantee its not. It kinda scares me a little. please help me. please contact me asap.
