Lowet Abdominal/Groin Pain

Hi, i have been suffering with recurring slight pain and strain in what you would call my lower belly region, i seem to suffer from strain when i jog or walk fast, i do not know for sure if it is related to abdominals or not i have done some exercises but i have had this for a while now, it does hurt slightly when i have done leg raises (reverse crunch).
Can anyone help.

Thanks

CJ
