lump in lower right back

Doctor, I have a small lump in my lower right back just above my right buttox.
It does not hurt, it is soft and I can move it around a little bit.
It is not growing but I do have sporatic pain in my right side hip. Can this be related? Do you know what this may be?

Doctor, I have a small lump in my lower right back just above my right hip, about 1 inch away from my spine. It doesn’t hurt (ever), and it’s not really soft, more like rubbery – and I can move it around a little bit. It is not growing but, or getting smaller. Sometimes I get pain in my right side hip, and knee. Also, I’ve been having lower back pains recently (constant) to the point that I have missed school for two days. Do you know what this may be? i recently fell on to my lower right back above my sensoredox. I am in alot of pain and this also connected to my right leg wich hurts alot wwhen I walk if any body has any suggestions or idea when this will go away please reply thanks
