i am dying of painful everyday,in the morning when woke up from bed it will takes me up to 10min before I will touch this ankle on the ground but still it is painful..even while walking..

Possibly a ganglion cyst. I suggest you see a podiatrist or orthopedist for further evaluation

I have also a lump on my ankle but it hurts and it feels like it’s going up the back of my leg can you help
