lump on foot

I think I might have broken a small bone in my foot 2 years ago. It healed after a while and the pain went away. I started doing step aerobics 6 months ago and noticed a hard lump on the top outside portion of my foot. It seems to have grown some since I started my work out routine. I am having pain with my foot when I sit cross legged and when I try to sleep on that side at night. That foot now seems to tingle sometimes throughout the day. What do you think it could be and how can I correct it.

I have a lump on the top of my right foot, now seems to itch so i’m sure it is a cyst and not a tumor and now my foot seems to hurt not bad but just enough to let me know it is there, it is about 1 and 1/3 inches across and is round

I HAVE A LUMP ON MY FOOT IN THE MIDDLE AND I HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING PAIN AND NUMBNESS IN MY LEFT LEG MAINLY WHEN I SLEEP . THE PAIN AND NUMBNESS MAKES IT HARD FOR ME TO SLEEP. SOMETIMES OCCASIONALLY I’M FEELING THIS THROUGHOUT THE DAY.
