Lump on inside of bicep

I have a lump on the inside of my bicep.
It is painful in most normal situations.
I was curious to know if that is normal and if I should worry about it.
It is about 2 inches from the elbow on the inside of the bicep.
It is approximately 2 inches in length.

Norm has a lump one the size of a grape on the left arm just inside the bicep – its hard, the skin is like leather (maybe from attempts at using oregano concentrate – dmso – now using electric therapy. No changes.One similar is smaller and forming on his right arm as well. The left arm aches, keeps him up at night, has had tingling and numbness. It impedes his guitar playing. His other hobby is fishing – lots of weight involved and use of extending arms.Not one doctor can figure out what it is – from MD to DC.Any thoughts helpful.
