Lump on Instep Tendon
About 6 months-1 year ago, I noticed a small lump on the tendon in my instep.
It was not painful and quite small.
It has recently become much larger and painful. Before, as it was in the arch, walking did not put any pressure on it.
Now that it is bigger, walking is painful.
What could this be and what might be the treatment.

Since I can not see your foot I am not sure. This is my guess. If this is on the top of your foot, it might be a ganglion cyst. If it is on the bottom in the arch it might be a plantar fibroma. You should see a podiatrist or orthopedist for further evaluation.
