lump on top of foot
I have just noticed a lump on the top of my foot along the main bone that leads to the big toe.
It isn’t painful to touch, feels like bone but my foot is beginning to hurt because of shoes.
Could you tell me what this could be – should I go to my GP

Without seeing this for myself I can only guess- and that will not help you. A Podiatrist or orthopedist will be able to diagnose this as well as recommend treatment. While a GP may be able to diagnose this, treatment may be outside of their normal scope.
