lumps near spine on lower back

I have 2 lumps on both sides of my lower back that feel hard and don’t move and 1 larger lump on my left side of my spine maybe an inch or 2 above the other but this one shifts slightly.
They are all sensative.
I have a lots of problems with lower back pain and sometimes when I lay on a really flat surface my back locks and doesn’t want to unlock when I try to get up. I have never been to the doc or chiropractor comcerning my back. Any suggestions?
