magnezorb heel inserts
I have had a pain in my heel for almost 2 years. I have been to a couple of foot doctors with little success. I have had various gel shoe inserts prescribed, I have had a shot in my heel, and I have had a hard plastic leg-to-heel nighttime cast to stretch my heel. So far no positive results. Then last week a friend of mine said that she experienced the same thing and tried magnetic inserts. She could not believe the relief she has had ever since. Could this really provide a great improvment and would you recommend it? I have seen people wear magnetic bracelets to help arthritis with no success, why might this be different? Thank you

While I do not use these, I never argue with success. There have been a few studies regarding the use of magnets- one that I can recall involved the use in post polio patients and they seemed to help. Not all magnets are the same though. If you want to try it I don't really see any harm in it.
