Two years ago I had orthoscopic surgery to remove one of my maniscus.
I am having an MRI in two weeks to see if my other one needs to be removed.
My question is, can I still be active with no maniscus in my knee? Thank you for your time!

My Doc said I have a torn maniscus in the knee and degeneration of the knee cap and knee. What does this mean? Is there therapy vs surgery? What are the long term prognosis?

Ihave extreme pain in my knee and it clicks and hurts to put pressure on it. Can I do anything to help it in this early stage? I hurt it almost two months ago and just now I am feeling this bad pain and want to do something about it before a mri. Please tell me what to do other than the knee support. Thank you
