Miniscus repair and physical therapy
miniscus tear removed 5 days ago arthroscopically. I had arthroscopic surgery on my left knee 4 1/2 weeks ago.
The doctor repaired the miniscus with darts.
I have done everything doc said to do : No weight bearing, kept it in the cast / Ice / raised above heart etc…
I now have permission to put 50lbs of weight on the leg and to start trying to get some movement back — Some progress but the knee and above the knee are extremely stiff. Almost 5 weeks now.
How hard do I push the knee for movement.
How long will this take to get back in shape? Any suggestions?
Is this where the real pain starts with thearapy? Anyone that has gone through this — would love some feedback from you — Thanks in advance

i’m a soccer player and I have a problem with my knees and the doctor said I have miniscus. The doctor said I have to perform surgery but I don’t know how long it will takes to recover from the surgery i’m confused I need help cos I have women’s world cup to play in china in september 10. I don’t know whether I should do it or not. please I need help
