Morning FOOT Pains.. HOBBLE HOBBLE

I have occcasional morning foot pain although, it has been more frequent lately. it is sever enough that I hobble rather then walk for about 5 -10 minutes.After aobut 5 to 10 minutes I can walk fine… If I get up in the middle of the night… I can hardly walk.
I purchased the gell shole souls for the ARC Support, did not help.
I do not have any known medical condition such as diabetes or poor circulation. I am 52.. Any ideas on what its all about?

    Without an examination I can not be sure, but you might have a heel spur and or plantar fasciitis. That is an inflammation of the tendon that supprts the arch. There are many different types of treatments, both conservative and surgical. What works on one person does not necessarily work on another. There is a wealth of information on the web about this. Type heel spur into a search engine
