Morton’s Neuroma

(3 discussions)

I had surgery last May 2014 to remove a morton’s nueroma on my left foot. But 7 months later the pain is still there and getting worse. My Doctor told me he removed the nueruoma so is there a possibility of another nueroma that he missed? Is there a test that shows this?

A Sonogram can show a neuroma and so can a MRI (but that is a bit expensive). If your doctor offers no other suggestions, I recommend you get another opinion.

try the alcohol injections, it cured my neuroma, and it beats surgery which I had on another joint 8 years ago….

I worked for doctor in houston that could take your neuroma that was hurting and turn it into the muscle……….you would not have the feeling in that nerve anymore, but at least you wouldn’t have the pain either. let me know if I can be of anymore help. you can look at his website if you want http://www.parkerpodiatry.com under neuromas
