Dear Dr.A,
Recently I was told I have MPJs Contracture of my right foot.Doctor could you please explain what this is and what is the treatment for this.Any help would be appreciate!!!

    This occurs when the toes are contracted (or dorsiflexed) on the metatarsal heads. This can occur in a high arched foot due to a mechanical imbalance in the tendons on the top and bottom of the foot. Treatment can vary based on the symptoms. What does your doctor recommend?
