MRI results

Cervical MRI shows T1 & T2 weighted saggital images obtained. At C5-C6 there is bulging of the disc protruding to the right. There is uncinate spurring on the right. There is moderate to severe right foraminal stenosis. At C6-C7 there is diffuse bulging of the disc without compression of the spinal cord.Lumbar MRI says there are reactive marrow signal changes present within the inplates at L5-S1. These are compatible with the degree of degenerative change present at that level. L3-L4 : There is mild disc desiccation with loss of disc height and mild annular disc bulging. The disc bulge is asymmetrically more prominent toward the right where the disc bulges intp the right neuroforaminal narrowing. L4-L5: There is mild-moderate bilateral hypertrophic degenerative change is present. L5-S1: There is diffuse disc desiccation and disc space narrowing. There is anterolisthesis of L5 upon S1 measuring approximately 2-3 mm. There is a diffuse protrusion of dehydrated disc material including protrusion into the neuroforamina bilaterally. The combination of anterolisthesis and broad disc protrusion result in severe bilateral foraminal stenosis. Bilateral pars defects are identified. Mild to moderate bilateral facet hypertrophic degenerative change is present. Can you interpret this for me, please?Thank You,Julie

MRI LUMBAR W/O CONTRASTAxial images demonstrate minimal central disc bulge L3-L4 without significant distortion of the thecal sacThere is a more broad based annular bulge at L4-L5 which results in mild deformity of the thecal sac but no significant central canal stenosis. There is a small posteriro annualar tear associated. No significant foraminal narrowing
