MS, Fibromyalgia, or Sciatica?

I go to periodic visits to my Nuerologist for epilepsy. During a visit 3 years ago I complained of the following symptoms: spasms, twiching, numbess, selling, and tingling in my hips, thighs, knees, calves, in the front and behind, as well as mild lower back pain with severe fatigue and insomnia.
He wanted me to have an MRI, but I didn’t until 1 year later 2009.
The MRI (brain) didn’t show anything, but he stated I might have MS.
In 2010, I couldn’t take the symptoms anymore so I went to my PCH.
He diagnosed me with having Fibromyalgia.
He put me on Amitriptyline and my symptoms reduced.
I also went to a Massage Therapist who claimed he didn’t believe I had Fibromyalgia because I wouldn’t have been able to handle the amount of pressure he put on the 11 trigger points.
So, for a year I did nothing but take the Amitrip. and frequently get massages. Every day I experience these symptoms, but two weeks ago I had another episode of severe pain accompanied with severe fatigue.
I again went to my PCH who recanted the Fibromyalgia and said I might have MS.
So, I went to my Nuerologist again, who then told me I don’t have MS, my symptoms haven’t progressed in the way MS progresses.
I realize now that if a Doctor of Internal Medicine and a Nuerologist don’t know what’s wrong with me (they both state depression is my problem….I’m NOT DEPRESSED!), then maybe a Chiropractor will.
I’ve done some research on Sciatica and it sounds like this may be part of my problem, but it doesn’t explain the debilitating fatigue I have. Does Sciatica come and go? Does it affect your pelvic bone (sacrum?) Can you please steer me in the right direction?
I see a Chiro. in a few days…is there any particular questions I need to ask?
Should I see an Osteopath/DO?
What if Sciatica is not the problem, what else could this possibly be? Thanks in advance for your help!Lisa

I have had similiar problems in the past and now recently. Before We discovered it was the Sciatic nerve. My hips were rotated due to favoring one leg over the other when I walk. My hips, and legs had SHARP pains shooting down them with the tingling, numbness, etc. Went to the doc and during an examine we discovered that I could not handle him pressing on my groin and hip area. MAJOR PAIN. After 1.5 months of physical therapy it was much better. Now recently it is back worse than ever!!!!
