When a limb is in a cast for 2 months the muscles are not contracted like they would if you were able to use that arm/leg normally. Yes, the muscles atrophy, or shrink/get smaller, without proper use. But, good news is they will build back up with time and exercise.
my problem is that my muscles don’t really match my personality, there to big and bulky and I just want to find out a way to shrink them and make myself look a little more femine so I can gain some confidence.
