Muscle Spasm the size of a Golf Ball?

Is this possible???

Anybody ever heard or seen such a thing?
The Doctors never did know what appeared on the back of my neck years ago.
It was gone the next day, and YES it hurt.
I dont believe it was a bug bite.
Then recently, a Doc @ Kaiser (when i mentioned it to her) said that she HAS seen them the size of Golf Balls.
Well, no offense to all Docs of course, but i have not had any luck with most of them over the last MANY years of my life, so i decided to ask people who just might know.
