When I am just sitting down and I move a little bit my back cracks quite loudly 3-4 times as if its popping out of place, there is nothing I can do to stop it. What is this?
Dear Nicole,The cracking sound is likely caused due to a old injury that has caused a spinal misalignment. The misalignment causes tension and when you move the tension is temporally released (causing the cracking sound). You should be checked by a chiropractor for spinal misalignment’s. This cracking sound could indicate a problem that exists and may worsen over the years. Please fell free to visit our web site for more helpful information Kind regardsDr Anthony Gambale 877-602-7248Curve Solutions Team
