Mysterious Pain in Left Wrist
I have a rather persistent pain in my left wrist. Its a very local, minor pain deep in the wrist joint, triggered by bending the wrist backward (as when resting my head on my left hand, or when doing pushups). What could be causing this?, and is there anything I can do to eliminate this problem?. Patrick Evans

Could be a wrist sprain....or more. You really should have it looked at...in the meantime don't do things that make it hurt..like pushups, or resting your head on your hand. A wrist brace may help to keep it in a neutral position and let it heal.
