Neck clicking, pain, stiffness

I am 30 year old male.
My neck clicks whenever I turn my head to the right.
I also have pain and stiffness at the base of my skull, mostly the right side and down to my shoulder at times.
I also get headaches that travel to my right eye and head at times. Any ideas as to what I should be doing to correct this problem?
I sleep with 1 pillow under my head and mostly lay on my side.
I stretch my neck throughtout the day and try to sit and stand with good posture, but the pain and tightness seems to be getting worse and now it is travelling to the left side of my neck.
Please help if you can.

I’m not a doctor, but I would suggest you look into “subluxation” at C1-C2 or lower. It’s not yet about correcting the problem, but about identifying it.

Mark, do you get a clicking in your neck along with the pain. all most like your neck is out of joint. You hear it when you turn your head. Loud enough for the person beside you to also hear. If laying on the couch I find the pain down my left side of my neck is much worst. Do any of these descriptions sound real?

i also have this promblem and I’m only 13. I see a physio and it has helps mea lot I do all differnt exersizes .You should try laying on your back when you go to sleep.

Try chopping your head off,that usually fixes the problem!
