Neck Crepitus
Hi. I’m 39. I hear a grinding or cracking sound when I turn my head left or right.
I went to a chiropractor and he took an x-ray and saw possible damage on the bottom cervical disc. Possible bone spurs. There isn’t alot of pain but at times I get numbness or pins and needles on extremeties.Is there any thoughts on what my problem might be?Any feedback would help. Thanks alot!

What did your Chiro say? If your getting numbness or pins and needles in your extremities there is some sort of nerver impingment going on in your neck. Could be from the spurs or disc. Hope this helps.
