I now know Chiropractors are a joke. I went for 5 months with no relief, what a fraud. Never again.

Chiropractors arent a fraud, but they can only help to the extent of what they address. Finding a good one is crutial. In my opinion…DO NOT SOLEY USE THE ACTIVATOR METHOD TO ADJUST THE SPINE. This is my own opinion and what I’ve experienced. The body stays rigid unless manual adjustment is done. Chiropractors adjust the bones of the spine and body. If they do not address the muscles which hold the bones in place…a person will never get anywhere… I know from experience. A person doesnt realize that muscles in the legs arms and abdominal area can affect the rest of the body tremendously. I had told one chiropractor pertaining to finding a muscle trigger point or not is like having an itch on the right side of the back and scratching the left side. Its still there, you just didn’t hit the spot. He looked at me and said I see your point.

I guess if you took medications for 5 months and got no relief, then medical doctors would be a joke too.

I have been going to a Chiropractor for 4 years. It is the best thing that happened to me. I asked my chiropractor why I still have clicking noises in my neck when I walk, He said with the damage that was done it will take a while for it to heal. It is actually the discs in the spine that are hitting each other or scraping each other. It will get better with time. I suggest not giving upon Chiropractics altogether, I would also try to do cold compresses every night to help with Internal inflammation. Good Luck!!!
