need soft insoles

I am disabled man who uses a wheelchair. I do not move my legs and therefore my feet are in one position for most of the day.
I found these pair of insoles that are very soft and are the only ones that I can use comfortably.
A friend told they are made of Polyurethane. Where I can find these insoles or insoles that give bounce?
