Night time stinging sensation on both feet

Hello,
For the last three night I have had stinging sensations bothering my feet.
It’s almost like someone has a pin and is poking both feet in various areas, a few minutes apart.
My feet feel tight but it is not noticable swollen.
My feet are not dry or red, they look perfectly normal.
They just don’t feel normal.Kag

You did not mention if this happens at any other time. One thought that occurs is a possible low back (sciatic nerve) problem. There are of course other possibilities. A further examination is what I recommend.
