Numbness feeling in toes on left foot!

Ok I was wondering what is going on with me… it started with pain in the left calf and then all of a sudden my four little toes got this numb feeling. I don’t understand it. I asked my husband if my legs was swollen or red and he said no .. cause I was worried about phlebitis cause it runs in my family. It would be so much help if you could help me. Could it be stress or something else. I also for the past couple years been having trouble with my left arm. It gets to hurting really bad and sometimes my 3 end fingers get to hurting also..and I was wondering if that had anything to do with anything.

From your description, you may have a sciatic nerve problem, among several other possibilities. You should see either a neurologist or orthopedist. You might need a test called a Nerve Conduction Velocity or even an MRI of your back. There are other possibilities that exist, but I am at a disadvantage. To see is to know, not to see is to guess. It has been going on for about 6 weeks. At times there is a little in the right big toe as well. Thank you for your comments. HOZ
