Numbness in toes

I was married about a month ago and needless to say was on my feet for probably close to 17 hrs. Of those 17 I was in heels (1 inch) for about 14.
That night I found that 2 of my left toes (the 2nd and 3rd from the outside) have numbness (similar feeling to ‘falling asleep’).
It is not a constant feeling, but I notice it more when walking barefoot and stretching my foot.
What could be the cause and how can I care for it?
ThanksLisa

There are very good AFO’s (ankle foot orthoses) such as the Arizona Ankle brace and the Richie brace and there are several makes of each of these. As far as treatment options, you would need to be evaluated first and have the options explained to you.Shoes alone will not correct your problem.
