Numbness & Tingling in top of foot
My 13 yo daughter hit the top of her foot on a manhole cover on Saturday. She now has tingling and numbness in her foot and she can’t bend her toes to far without it hurting. She is able to walk on her foot. Could she still have a fracture even if she can walk on it. Thanks,Michelle

Without examining her, it is difficult to be sure. A fracture as well as an injury to the tendons and superficial sensory nerves on the top of the foot are all possibilites. I recommend you have her checked out by a podiatrist.
