Odd tri/medial epicondial pain

I’m a rock climber — mainly bouldering — and I’ve had a sensation that would lead me to think I have medial epicondylitis. That is, *if it was in my forearm*! It is a sort of sharp sensation that I wouldn’t call “pain,” but it concerns me. This appeared when I started a four week schedule of much climbing, but not maximal, after a scheduled 10 days off; staying within the range of difficulty that I know I can send on the first try (V0 – V2), and really isn’t challenging. This is supplemented with cardio (cycling) and antagonist training.

Thanks for any adivce!
